Visually Stunning Teaser Trailer for James Cameron's AVATAR: THE WAY OF WATER
James Cameron has been working on his sequel to Avatar for the past several years; it seems like he’s been working on it forever! But Avatar: The Way of Water is finally going to be released in December, and today the first teaser trailer for the film has been released online.
The trailer has already been playing exclusively with screenings of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, so if you saw that over the weekend, then you’ve already seen this trailer. But if you haven’t seen it yet, here ya go!
It’s interesting to see how hyped people are for this movie. I wasn’t sure what to expect from audiences when the trailer dropped, but it’s visually stunning, and it seems to be wowing audiences. It definitely got me excited about the movie, and I wasn’t really expecting that! James Cameron certainly knows how to deliver the movie magic.
The sequel is set more than a decade after the events of the first film. It “begins to tell the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri, and their kids), the trouble that follows them, the lengths they go to keep each other safe, the battles they fight to stay alive, and the tragedies they endure.”
The movie stars Zoe Saldana, Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Cliff Curtis, Joel David Moore, CCH Pounder, Edie Falco, Jemaine Clement, and Kate Winslet.
Avatar: The Way of Water hits theaters on December 14th, 2022.
