WarnerMedia Appears to Have Won the Deal for J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot

Almost two weeks ago, we learned that WarnerMedia and Apple were the top two contenders for acquiring a partnership with J.J. Abrams’ production company Bad Robot. Now, it looks like WarnerMedia will be the winner.

THR is reporting that WarnerMedia is in final negotiations to secure the partnership. There are even reports that Bad Robot has begun to move their feature film deal from Paramount Pictures already.

This deal is being valued at around $500 million, which is no small amount of money. Of course, there’s no telling how long this partnership will last, but good luck to everyone involved. Also, this is all based on sources, and no official announcement has been made either, so take it with a grain of salt.
