Watch a Cool Video That Details The VFX Work in ANT-MAN AND THE WASP Including Marvel's De-Aging Technique

I’ve got a great Ant-Man and The Wasp featurette for you to watch today that takes you behind-the-scenes of the VFX work that went into creating the film.

It features Danielle Costa, vice president of visual effects for Marvel Studios, explaining “all the amazing ways that CGI experts made characters bug-sized, enormous, and microscopic.” It also shows off the process of how the VFX artists de-aged Michael Douglas and Michelle Pfeiffer for the flashback scenes.

Like many of you, I enjoy watching these behind-the-scene VFX videos. It’s so cool to see the work that goes into bringing these incredibly fun movies to life. This one is particularly enjoyable because it goes into a lot of detail and shows off some pretty rad stuff.

The VFX team did an incredible job with this film and when you see what they had to go through when creating this film, you might have a new-found respect for the work they do for these films that we enjoy so much.
