Industrial Light & Magic has released an extremely cool "Behind The Magic" visual effects reel for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. There's seriously some great stuff to see.

This full-length reel represents a sample of the work created for over 1750 shots by hundreds of artists, scientists, and engineers around the world.

There's a ton of hard work that went into bringing this story to life with these incredible visuals. It shows how they brought cities and planets to life, how the action sequences were shot, the creation of the detailed layers of the Death Star, the CGI resurrection of Peter Cushing as Grand Moff Tarkin, the placement of characters from the original Star Wars film, and more. 

This is a must watch video for any Star Wars fan or anyone who is interested in the art of VFX. It'd be so cool to be involved with this kind of work!
