Watch Archie And Veronica Sing "That Donnie Darko Song" And Betty Strip In The Most Bizarre RIVERDALE Scene Of All Time

This week's Riverdale featured one of the most over the top scenes the series has ever shown, and it was a strange mix of weird and wonderful. The scene began at a South Side Serpents party celebrating the release of JugHead's dad from prison. Veronica and Archie are in a fight because he said "I love you," and Veronica didn't say it back. Archie figures the best way to rectify this situation is to sign them up for karaoke (at a motorcycle club?) and sing "that Donnie Darko song" (yes that's what he says).

Things fall apart, the serpents are not amused, and it's now on Betty to save the show. Betty takes the stage and begins to sing, and then starts pulling her clothes off and the whole thing turns into a strip routine. Now, this was teased earlier in the episode as what women had to do as part of the gang initiation, but the fact that Betty somehow managed to whip up a perfectly choreographed routine having no clue Archie and Veronica would end the performance abruptly is just gold. 

Really everything about this scene is why people should be watching Riverdale. It's so over the top ridiculous at times, that it's constantly amusing to see what they're going to do next. If you haven't seen it yet, check out the full clip below.
