Watch Dumbo Soar in This Magical Behind-The-Scenes Look at Tim Burton's DUMBO

Disney has released a new behind-the-scenes featurette for director Tim Burton’s Dumbo. I have to say that this featurette is the best piece of marketing that I’ve seen for the film so far. Not only does it offer a lot of new footage of the film including Dumbo soaring through the air, but it also gives us a magical look at what it was like to shoot the film. The video also features interviews with the cast and crew talking about what it was like for them to work on a movie like this.

While I was already excited for the movie, this latest video made that excitement grow. The movie looks like it tells such a wonderful, inspiring, and feel-good story. There’s nothing wrong with that in the crazy and scary world that we live in these days! So yeah, I’m definitely looking forward to taking my family to go see this movie!

Circus owner Max Medici (Danny DeVito) enlists former star Holt Farrier (Colin Farrell) and his children Milly (Nico Parker) and Joe (Finley Hobbins) to care for a newborn elephant whose oversized ears make him a laughingstock in an already struggling circus. But when they discover that Dumbo can fly, the circus makes an incredible comeback, attracting persuasive entrepreneur V.A. Vandevere (Michael Keaton), who recruits the peculiar pachyderm for his newest, larger-than-life entertainment venture, Dreamland. Dumbo soars to new heights alongside a charming and spectacular aerial artist, Colette Marchant (Eva Green), until Holt learns that beneath its shiny veneer, Dreamland is full of dark secrets.

Dumbo was written by Ehren Kruger (Ophelia, Dream House) and it flies into theaters on March 29, 2019.
