Yesterday, I wrote about a video that taught me about "technical memes," or memes that largely rely on their functionality (such as replacing sound effects with other effects, or speeding up a video by a certain percentage every time a particular action occurs) as the source of their humor. Today, I came across a technical meme at Polygon that I thought was pretty hilarious: a YouTuber took sound effects from action sequences in John Wick and replaced them with grunts from the King of Pop himself, Michael Jackson. This one speaks (or, more accurately, grunts) for itself, so you be the judge of how well it works:
