A Milwaukee news station captured an odd lighting phenomenon in the early morning, and people are having a hard time explaining what it is. Did the camera malfunction? Was it bugs close to the screen? Was it aliens? I'll let you decide. My only real question is why is a morning news show playing "Redbone," by Childish Gambino?
