Admittedly, while it might scare the bejesus out of a child, I don't even know what the guy making this was going for. Who says "whirly twirly," when they're trying to be frightening? What's more frightening is that someone wasted a decent amount of time creating an app designed for children, just to attempt a cheap scare.
