Watch Robert Downey Jr.'s Original IRON MAN Screen Test From AVENGERS: ENDGAME Special Feature

Here’s a new featurette that has been released for Avengers: Endgame thanks to Fandango, and what makes this special feature so cool is that it shows us Robert Downey Jr.’s original Tony Stark screen test for Jon Favreau’s Iron Man.

The video also features Downey Jr. talking about the experience of auditioning for the role. Then Favreau and a few others talk about finding the perfect Tony Stark in the actor. I included a clip from the featurette below along with the full screen that has been shared on YouTube.

It’s pretty incredible to see the journey that Robert Downey Jr. has had with this character over the past ten years. When I first saw Iron Man, I had no idea it would lead to the things we are seeing from Marvel right now. It’s incredible, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for it!
