Ready Player One is easily one of my favorite films of the year. I loved everything about that movie and I know a lot of fans that feel the same way. I saw it a few times in theaters but I can't wait to watch it again when it's released on the various forms of home entertainment.

While we wait for for the movie to be released, I've got a video featurette here for you to watch that gives us a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the making of the film and it even includes footage of director Steven Spielberg directing the film using VR technology.

Spielberg pretty much had all the aspects of the film that took place in the OASIS built in the virtual world so that he could direct in the OASIS and I just thought that was pretty rad. This is just a little glimpse at the future of filmmaking.

This is just a clip from a longer bonus feature that will be included in the special features of the DVD and Blu-ray.
