Watch The Nightmarish Opening Title Sequence For AMERICAN HORROR STORY: CULT
The opening title sequence for the upcoming American Horror Series: Cult season has been released. Like all of the opening sequences for this series, it's loaded with nightmare fuel. This includes lots of blood; deranged clowns crawling out of a coffin; creepy masks of Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton; and more.
The new season was inspired by the 2016 presidential election and it will apparently involve the return of Freak Show’s Twisty the Clown. When talking about the upcoming series, executive producer Alexis Martin Woodall describe Cult as, "bloody tension, a well-cooked meal, an exciting trip to a grocery store. It is true to our brand, which is you are going to be in a whole new world all over again, and fall in love with these really special characters and hate yourself for watching it before you go to bed."
American Horror Story: Cult stars Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Billie Lourd, Billy Eichner, Cheyenne Jackson, Alison Pill, Colton Haynes, Adina Porter, Emma Roberts, and Lena Dunham. The series is set to premiere on September 5th on FX.
