This weekend, fans will be able to reflect back on the long career of Scooby-Doo with the special Scooby-Doo Where Are You Now!. The special will see Mystery Inc. meet together and reflect on how their favorite cases were filmed and even feature some guests like Seth Green, Olivia Liang, Mitch Watson, “Weird Al” Yockovic, and much more. The 1-hour special will be hosted by Janel Parrish and will be full of fun moments for fans to watch. You can even check out a clip below where Liang talks about training Shaggy in martial arts.
The gang gathers at Warner Bros. Studios to reminisce about their favorite cases and how they were filmed. But it turns out that the backlot may have its OWN monster problem! Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby-Doo investigate this mystery while celebrating the legacy of the franchise during this one-hour special. Hosted by Janel Parrish, (“Pretty Little Liars”), special guests joining the Scooby gang include author Jerry Beck, Karamo Brown (“Queer Eye”), producer Tony Cervone (“Scoob!”), Seth Green (“Family Guy”), Olivia Liang (“Kung Fu”), producer David Silverman (“The Simpsons”), animator Tom Sito, Mitch Watson (“Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated”), “Weird Al” Yankovic and Cheri Oteri (“Saturday Night Live”). Jonathan Stern writes, directs and executive produces the special.
Scooby-Doo Where Are You Now! will air on The CW at 8/7c on October 29. It was written, directed, and executive produced by Jonathan Stern.
