Watch Tom Cruise Do His Own Stunts and Inspire His Crew in Great New Featurette For THE MUMMY

Say what you will about Tom Cruise, but the guy is extremely nice, dedicated to his craft, and he makes fun and entertaining movies! A cool new featurette has been released for his upcoming film The Mummy and it features a ton of behind-the-scene footage of Cruise having a blast doing his own stunts. It also features interviews with the cast and crew talking about the actor and how awesome and inspiring he is. Everyone seems to genuinely love the guy. This looks like it would have been a fun film project to be a part of. Oh! We also get to see Cruise fight Russell Crowe!

Thought safely entombed in a tomb deep beneath the unforgiving desert, an ancient princess (Sofia Boutella of Kingsman: The Secret Service and Star Trek Beyond) whose destiny was unjustly taken from her is awakened in our current day, bringing with her malevolence grown over millennia and terrors that defy human comprehension.
From the sweeping sands of the Middle East through hidden labyrinths under modern-day London, The Mummy brings a surprising intensity and balance of wonder and thrills in an imaginative new take that ushers in a new world of gods and monsters.

Cruise is joined by a cast including Annabelle Wallis (King Arthur), Jake Johnson (Jurassic World), Courtney B. Vance (American Crime Story: The People V. O.J. Simpson) and Russell Crowe (Gladiator). The action-adventure horror film was directed by Alex Kurtzman (Transformers, Star Trek, and Mission: Impossible). The Mummy hits theaters on June 9th!

Tom Cruise is the star of the Mummy, but he might as well be credited with official stuntman as well. Watch this video and you, like us, wonder how he's still standing! The Mummy opens June 9. More About 'The Mummy': The Mummy is an upcoming American film directed by Alex Kurtzman and written by Jon Spaihts and Christopher McQuarrie.
