If you've ever found yourself watching television late-night, early morning, or midday, you've probably seen an ad for Flex Tape. It's described to be a magical tape that's so waterproof, you can cut a boat in half and not have to worry about drowning if you fix that cut with the tape. It's a little hard to believe, so these two guys put it to the test. Surprise, surprise, it didn't work completely, although it did a far better job than you might believe!
