WEAPON PERKS Makes Each Weapon Different in DUNGEONS & DRAGONS

Crit Academy has released a new Dungeons & Dragons supplement that I think many will enjoy called Weapon Perks. This supplement was inspired by the fact that many weapons in the popular RPG are very bland and there’s no reason to pick certain ones like the trident or spear other than flavor. Well, Weapon Perks gives each weapon a cool feature or two to help make them stand out. For instance, someone who wields a rapier can use their reaction to attack a foe that missed them with a melee attack. Meanwhile, if you use a handaxe you can gain advantage with an attack if your first one misses. This is a really cool concept, just be sure to talk to your DM before planning on using them.

Weapons are more than just objects that adventurers carry to stab, slice, or break enemies with. In the proper hands of a master, they can be powerful tools to gain the upper hand against an enemy. A weapon perk is a special skill or technique that can be used with a specific weapon. This allows each weapon to feel unique among all of the options the adventurers have, and hopefully give them their own identity.

You can purchase Weapon Perks from the DMs Guild for $3.95.
