Why Did The Netflix Original Movie MURDER MYSTERY Have The Streaming Service's Biggest Opening Weekend? One Minute Movie Review

Murder Mystery is the latest original movie from Netflix and comes from director Kyle Newacheck (Game Over, Man, Workaholics). Adam Sandler co-stars with Jennifer Aniston in this romantic comedy that is set in the midst of a murder mystery.

On Tuesday, Netflix shared announced that more than 30 million accounts watched Murder Mystery during the first three days of its release making it the “biggest opening weekend ever” for a Netflix original film. A pretty huge milestone when you consider the size of Netflix’s extensive library of originals. According to Variety, if a user has watched 70 percent or more of an episode or film, Netflix counts it as a “view.”

But how does Adam Sandler’s latest release compare to his other exclusive Netflix releases?
