Why is Captain America Wearing His Uniform From The First AVENGERS Film in AVENGERS 4?
Some new photos have surfaced from the set of Avengers 4 featuring several characters such as Captain America (Chris Evans), Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), and Ant-Man (Paul Rudd).
The most interesting thing about these photos is the fact that a clean-shaven Captain America is wearing the same uniform that he wore in Joss Whedon's first Avengers film. TMZ says that this could be a flashback scene, which is what I first thought when I saw the photos. But, I don't think that's the case. Why? Because Ant-Man is there sporting a band new Ant-Man suit for Avengers 4! It can't be a flashback scene.
So, is this scene they are shooting set in the present day? Is it a flashback? An alternate reality? Could there be some kind of time-travel involved? Is he a ghost of the past that the other characters have somehow tapped into in present time? If it is a ghost from the past, does that mean Cap dies in Infinity War as so many fans have speculated?!
