Wild New Featurette for the Crazy Dark Comedy Film COCAINE BEAR
A new behind-the-scenes featurette has been released for the upcoming bonkers dark comedy movie Cocaine Bear. The video offers up some crazy new footage along with commentary from director Elizabeth Banks and some members of the cast as they talk about the film’s wild story, which involves a cocaine-fueled black bear.
The film is inspired by the bizarre true story of a giant 500-pound American black bear that died ingesting a ridiculous amount of cocaine after a drug runner's plane crashed. It ingested 70 pounds of cocaine!
The movie stars Keri Russell, Margo Martindale, the late Ray Liotta, Alden Ehrenreich, O'Shea Jackson Jr., Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Kristofer Hivju, Kahyun Kim, Christian Convery, Brooklynn Prince, and Scott Seiss. This movie is going to be a blast to watch!
Here’s the synopsis:
"Don't coke the bear." Inspired by the 1985 true story of a drug runner's plane crash, missing cocaine, and the black bear that ate it. This wild thriller from director Elizabeth Banks finds an oddball group of cops, criminals, tourists and teens converging in a Georgia forest where a 500-pound apex predator has just ingested a staggering amount of cocaine and gone on a coke-fueled rampage for more blow… and blood.
The movie was produced by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, and it will hit theaters on February 24th, 2023.
