Wild Trailer for Amazon's Genre-Bending Animated Series UNDONE with Rosa Salazar and Bob Odenirk
Amazon has released the first trailer for a new animated series called Undone, and it sure looks like it’s going to be a wild trippy story that deals with travel through time, space, and reality. You’ll see what I mean when you watch the trailer.
The series stars Rosa Salazar (Alita: Battle Angel) and Bob Odenirk (Better Call Saul), and it’s described as a “half-hour, genre-bending, animated series that explores the elastic nature of reality through its central character Alma, a twenty-eight-year-old living in San Antonio, Texas. After getting into a car accident and nearly dying, Alma finds she has a new relationship to time. She develops this new ability in order to find out the truth about her father’s death.”
You see, she believes that her dead father is training her to travel through time so that she can save him from being killed. The series comes from the creators of Bojack Horseman, and it looks like it’s gonna be one hell of an interesting and unique ride!
I’m totally on board for this and it’s set to premiere on Amazon on September 13, 2019.
