Wild Trailer For The Robbie Williams Biopic BETTER MAN Which Sees Williams Portrayed as a Monkey
Paramount Pictures has revealed the teaser trailer and featurette for the biopic Better Man, which will tell the story of British popstar Robbie Williams.
The movie comes with he caption, "Discover an extraordinary journey that can't be told in an ordinary way." As you’ll see, one of the most interesting aspects of the film is the fact that Williams is visualized as a photo-realistic monkey.
This original musical comes from the director of The Greatest Showman, Michael Gracey, and it looks like a wild flick!
Better Man is based on “the true story of the meteoric rise, dramatic fall, and remarkable resurgence of British pop superstar Robbie Williams, one of the greatest entertainers of all time.
“Under the visionary direction of Michael Gracey, the film is uniquely told from Williams’ perspective, capturing his signature wit and indomitable spirit.
“It follows Robbie’s journey from childhood, to being the youngest member of chart-topping boyband Take That, through to his unparalleled achievements as a record-breaking solo artist – all the while confronting the challenges that stratospheric fame and success can bring.”
The movie also stars Jonno Davies, Steve Pemberton, Damon Herriman, Raechelle Banno, Alison Steadman, Kate Mulvaney, Frazer Hadfield, Tom Budge, and Anthony Hayes.
Better Man will be released in select theaters on December 25th, 2024, on Christmas Day. It will expand to a nationwide release on January 17th, 2025 early next year. Watch the trailer and tell us what you think!
