Wildly Fun Full Trailer For PREACHER Season 2 - "A Road Trip to Find God"
AMC has released a wildly fun full trailer for Preacher Season 2 and it looks like we've got another insane season ahead of us! I loved how the first season turned out and this trailer got me super stoked for what's coming next. It's gonna be a blast!
The second season consists of 13 episodes, and the genre-bending thrill ride "follows West Texas preacher Jesse Custer (Dominic Cooper), his badass ex-girlfriend Tulip (Ruth Negga) and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun) as they embark on a road trip to find God and are thrust into a twisted battle spanning Heaven, Hell and everywhere in between."
Based on the popular cult comic book franchise of the same name, Preacher is a supernatural and darkly comedic drama that follows a Texas preacher named Jesse Custer, who is inhabited by a mysterious entity called Genesis that gives him the power to make people do whatever he commands. Once this power attracts the attention of two mysterious angels, Fiore and DeBlanc, Jesse, his badass ex-girlfriend Tulip, and an Irish vampire named Cassidy are thrust into a crazy world populated by a cast of characters from Heaven, Hell and everywhere in between.
This wonderfully crazy series was developed by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg and showrunner Sam Catlin (Breaking Bad). If for some reason you haven't watched Preacher Season 1 yet, you really need to jump on board and do that!
Preacher returns on Sunday, June 25th.
