Will There Be a KICK-ASS and HIT-GIRL Movie Announcement Soon? Mark Millar is Definitely Teasing It!
I have thoroughly enjoyed the two films in the Kick-Ass franchise that have been made. Both movies were a ton of fun, but neither one of them are considered box-office hits. There were plans for Kick-Ass 3 years ago, but after the sequel tanked at the box-office I assumed it wasn't going to happen.
Well, it looks like maybe we will be getting a third Kick-Ass movie after all as co-creator Mark Millar is teasing the hell out of a big Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl announcement coming this week. Check out the tweets that he posted:

The fact that he is using images from the film instead of the comic books tell me this is going to be a movie announcement. I don't know about you, but I would love to see Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Chloe Moretz suit up again as Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl!
I really hope that this is going to be a Kick-Ass and Hit-Girl movie announcement because after the Twitter teases like the one above, I'll be pissed if it's not!
I'm a huge fan of this franchise so I would love to see Kick-Ass and Hit Girl embark on another action-packed and brutal adventure together! With the success of R-rated superhero movies that we're seeing these days, it looks like maybe the studio is willing to take another chance on one more movie. Remember... Kick-Ass was doing the hardcore R-rated superhero thing before Deadpool.
