William H. Macy Set to Star in Dan Fogelman's NFL Series at Hulu

Oscar nominee and Emmy winner William H. Macy (Fargo, Shameless) has signed on to star in the currently untitled series that’s being created by Dan Fogelman (This is Us) at Hulu.

The drama series is set inside the world of the NFL with a generational family component.

In a series regular role, Macy will play Hank Durkin. He joins the previously announced series lead Christopher Meloni, who will play Danny Roarke, the head coach of an NFL team.

Macy can next be seen in Edgar Wright’s The Running Man remake from Paramount Pictures, as well as Train Dreams for Netflix, starring opposite Joel Edgerton, Felicity Jones, and Clifton Collins Jr.
