Wonderful and Emotional First Trailer for Mister Rogers Film IT'S A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

We have a fantastic trailer for you to watch this morning for the upcoming film It’s a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, the true story of the real life friendship between Fred Rogers, played by Tom Hanks, and reporter Tom Junod, played by Matthew Rhys. Junod was hired to write a profile on Fred Rogers, the man who hosted Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood for decades, and it seems that what he found was the beautiful person on a mission to teach generations of children how to connect to their feelings and imaginations.

This movie looks truly beautiful, and evokes such emotion. I am excited to see the film that pays tribute to this wonderful person that had a hand in raising so many of us. I will always remember the trip to the crayon factory, the puppet town of make believe, and Mister Rogers’s kind voice on my TV.
