WORLD OF WARSHIPS: LEGENDS Gets Cross-Play Today!
I have great news for fans of World of Warships: Legends. Starting today, cross-platform play is now supported! This means that you can play with your friends regardless of whether they’re on Xbox One or PS4. The feature will only work with the matchmaker, and players cannot yet use voice chat or create parties across consoles, but this is a big first step.
The update that brings fans cross-play has also brought ranked battles to the mix as well as Black Friday events. Ranked battles will provide more opportunities for intense and competitive battles with “substantial rewards” available if you participate. During Black Friday, there will be deals to enjoy including the Black Editions of Atlanta B, Scharnhorst B, and Warspite B.
There are some minor new things included in the update as well. These include filters for better organization of your ships as well as a set of new maps.
