X-MEN '97 Gets a Cool Series of Retro Trading Card-Style Character Posters
Marvel continues to lean into its 90s nostalgia marketing for X-Men ‘97 with a series of new character posters that are inspired by those retro trading cards from the 90s that we used to collect, like Jim Lee’s Uncanny X-Men trading card collection.
We recently got a 90s-style promo spot for the series that you can check out here. I love that the marketing team at Marvel and Disney are having fun with this!
X-Men’97 revisits the iconic era of the 1990s as The X-Men, a band of mutants who use their uncanny gifts to protect a world that hates and fears them, are challenged like never before, forced to face a dangerous and unexpected new future.
