Xenomorphs Brutally Attack in New Trailer for ALIEN: COVENANT
"The Path to Paradise Begins in Hell"
If that first trailer for Ridley Scott's Alien: Covenant got you excited, wait 'til you get a load of this new one! It's packed full of crazy new footage and we get to see the xenomorph aliens in full-on attack mode! This crew of poor bastards came to inhabit the wrong planet. I don't see how they are going to get off this planet alive, but we'll see how the story plays out!
The trailer also teases the connection to Prometheus. It looks like the alien ship that Noomi Rapace took off from at the end of the first movie crash landed on this same planet that the crew of the Covenant ends up on. This movie looks so good, and I love that Scott is looking to scare the shit out of his audience.
The crew of the colony ship Covenant, bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world. When they uncover a threat beyond their imagination, they must attempt a harrowing escape.
Alien: Covenant stars Michael Fassbender, Katherine Waterston, Billy Crudup, Danny McBride, Demián Bichir, Carmen Ejogo, Amy Seimetz, Jussie Smollett, Callie Hernandez, Nathaniel Dean, Alexander England, Benjamin Rigby, and James Franco. It's set to open in theaters on May 19.
