You Can Turn an IKEA Lamp Into an Exploding Death Star From STAR WARS
Have you seen those pendant lamps while walking through IKEA and said to yourself, “well, that looks like it could be an exploding Death Star!” Me either, but thanks to Instructables contributor MariaK64, now I can’t unsee it and I need to make one for myself!
She built this exploding Death Star lamp, modded from one of these lamps and it’s pretty damn awesome. You can follow a tutorial she made here or here. It actually looks like it’s a pretty simple job and you can see a video of the finished product in action in the video below.
