YouTube Channel How To Cook That Is Debunking More Cooking Hacks

If you are like me then you see a lot of different “life hack” videos come across your various social media feeds. Most of them look like they wouldn’t work or are a lot more work than just using the right tool for whatever job it is trying to make easier.

YouTube channel How To Cook That run by Ann Reardon has done several debunking videos of a lot of different cooking “hacks” or recipes that just straight up do not work and never will or are actually dangerous. I like her videos because as a food scientist and excellent cook in general, she can not only show you it doesn’t work but she also explains why they don’t work, and then her poor husband will try eating many of the failed recipes. Then, she’ll show you the right way to make the things that the hack video was trying to show you.

Her latest debunking video tackles hacks sent in by viewers, including the odd trend of trying to make carbonated milk. Check out her latest debunking video here and then check out the channel to find more debunking videos as well as tutorials to make some pretty spectacular desserts including a lot of nerdy ones like glowing Fortnite cupcakes or an Avengers cake
