YU-GI-OH! is Launching a Number of Products Throughout the Rest of the Month
In the last couple of weeks left in the month of January, Yu-Gi-Oh! has some pretty cool looking products releasing. This month, we’re getting a Legendary Duelists booster set, an accessory collection, a Secret Edition re-release, and a brand new booster set. I’m just going to do my best to break these all down as best I can for you, but I’m really excited.
Legendary Duelists: Magical Hero
Available January 17
This pack will focus on the man himself, Yugi, but will also feature support for cards used by Jaden in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX and Yusei from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds. The first protagonist of the anime and probably the most iconic character. This pack is all about Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl decks including the new Fusion Monster: The Dark Magicians which combines the two for added chances to draw and use Quick-Play Spells and Traps.
In addition, Elemental HERO cards will also be found in the pack. This includes a new Quick-Play Spell for searching your deck, new Equip Spells, and more.
A “Warrior” Synchro card is also going to be available designed to not only be very powerful, but will also be to “revive up to three of Yusei’s greatest Level 8 monsters!”

Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions Movie Pack Secret Edition

That’s right, Yu-Gi-Oh! is re-releasing all 57 cards from the DSOD Movie Pack and this time, they’re all premium Secret Rares! As they’re setup in a Secret Edition, fans will find three 5-card packs per box as well as 3 Ultra Rare variant cards. There are 6 of these variants in total: Krystal Dragon or Duza the Meteor Cubic Vessel, Dark Magician or Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and Slifer the Sky Dragon or Obelisk the Tormentor.

Ignition Assault

This is a brand new pack and it is bringing cards from the final chapter of Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS home with @Ignister cards. Cyberse cards are going to be finding a lot of new uses, especially Cynet Mining. If you don’t want to deal with an Extra Deck, some ne Beast-Warriors are designed to be competitive and offer a “friendly approach” without the need for Fusion, Synchro, etc. In addition, some pirate-themed cards will also debut with the ability to play cards from your Extra Deck without the need for their materials.
Of course, Dragonmaids, Generaiders, Karakuris, Mayakashis, Unchained, and Sky Strikers will all be getting new supports.
