Zack Snyder Isn't Aware of The Russian Family in JUSTICE LEAGUE and He Seems Confused

Justice League was such a bad experience for Zack Snyder that he still hasn't watched the film. He's learning certain aspects of it from the fans who talk to him on the social network platform Vero. Recently, there was a conversation going on regarding the Russian family in the film and Snyder ended up chiming in with the comment, "What Russian Family?"

I'm sure that you all remember that as Steppenwolf brings together the Mother Boxes, the story regularly cuts back to this Russian family, as they represent the real-world dangers of what the villain is doing. Snyder had no idea this little subplot was added to the film.

Here's how the conversation went down:

When Joss Whedon was brought in to rewrite certain aspects of the film with Zack Snyder's blessing, I think a lot of fans assumed that Snyder knew about many of the changes that were being made. This makes it clear that obviously, that wasn't the case.

I never really cared for that little subplot. Whenever it kept cutting back to that family, I was just pulled out of the story even more.
