Zack Snyder Looking To Direct an Arthurian Legend Film Project

In case you’re wondering what director Zack Snyder is looking to after he is finished his Netflix film Army of the Dead, he may be taking on an Arthurian legend.

During a recent interview with I Minutemen, Snyder shared that he's already working on something involving "fateful" retelling, but doesn’t say what exactly the story will involve:

"I'm working on something, but we'll see. I've been thinking about some kind of retelling, like real sort of fateful retelling, that Arthurian kind of mythological concept. We'll see. Maybe that will come at some point."

I’d actually love to see Snyder direct a film set in the medieval ages that revolves around something that involves King Arthur. It’s not hard to imagine what those visuals will look like with Snyder’s filmmaking style, and there are some cool Arthurian stories that he could tell. I’d like to see what he’s got cooking for this, and it sounds like there’s a chance that one day we’ll see it.

What do you think about Snyder creating a film based on an Arthurian legend?
