What the hell happened to Jason Statham's Head?

Venkman here with s picture from the set of 'Crank 2: High Voltage'. Crank 2 is being directed by Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor. This just looks strange! Why does he have a big head?! It looks like a Dick Tracy mobster. This movie just sound like it is going to be crazy! At the end of the first film after Chev Chelios (Jason Statham) hits the ground his heart starts beating again. He obviously has one crazy ass strong heart. I guess the Chinese mob wanted to get their hands on his heart because in the sequel they take it from his chest and relace it with some kind of battery powered thingy that constantly needs to get jolt of electricity to keep it going. Now that is one hell of a crazy ass story! So he has to hunt down the mob and take his heart back! This movie is going to be so crazy I can't imagine what we are gong to see when it comes out.
