UNKNOWN WHITE MALE gets a couple of well known Females

Back in August we reported that Liam Neeson would be starring in the Dark Castle thriller Unknown White Male, from director Jaume Collet-Serra(Orphan/House Of Wax).

Now Variety reports that January Jones(Mad Men) and Diane Kruger(Inglourious Basterds) have signed to star alongside Neeson in a screenplay by Oliver Butcher, Stephen Cornwell and Karl Gajdusek.

Th film will star Neeson as a man who awakens from a coma to find that someone else has assumed his identity, and no one, including his wife, played by Jones, believes him. With the help of a young Berlin taxi driver, played by German born Kruger, he sets out to prove who he is.

Filming is scheduled to begin in late January in Berlin, aiming for a 2011 release with Warner Bros. distributing.

I'm a bit iffy on the director, but the cast is solid. Kruger was great in Inglourious, and Jones is a favorite of mine on Mad Men.

Neeson recently wrapped up Clash of The Titans, and is currently filming the A-Team. You can catch Jones alongside Phillip Seymour Hoffman in Pirate Radio on November 13th. Kruger's award winning-sci-fi fantasy Mr. Nobody, has yet to get a U.S. release date.
