KICK-ASS Teaser Trailer is Unleashed! You're Gonna Love This

So the first teaser trailer for Kick-Ass kinda popped up out of nowhere! I didn't think it was going to be released until Friday! Lucky us, now we don't have to wait. This is one of my most anticipated films of 2010. I think I'm just as excited for Kick-Ass as I am for Iron Man 2.

Kick-Ass is going to be a wonderfully insane violent film and it speaks to the geek in all of us. I was blown away by the footage I saw at comic-con and this will give you a little taste of the geeky maddness. I think director Matthew Vaughn has done an outstanding job adapting the Mark Millar Comic Book.

The film stars Aaron Johnson as Kick-Ass, Chloe Moretz as Hit Girl and Nic Cage is Big Daddy. And don't worry about Cage, he is going to actually be good in this movie.

Kick-Ass tells the story of average teenager Dave Lizewski (Johnson), a comic-book fanboy who decides to take his obsession as inspiration to become a real-life superhero. As any good superhero would, he chooses a new name -- Kick-Ass -- assembles a suit and mask to wear, and gets to work fighting crime. There's only one problem standing in his way: Kick-Ass has absolutely no superpowers.

His life is forever changed as he inspires a subculture of copy cats, is hunted by assorted violent and unpleasant characters, and meets up with a pair of crazed vigilantes, including an 11-year-old sword-wielding dynamo, Hit Girl (Moretz) and her father, Big Daddy (Cage).
