Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 has been Announced

I had an absolute blast playing Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. I know the game was short but it had everything we always wanted to do in a Star Wars video game, on top of that the story was told better than the last three Star Wars films. Well, the story is going to continue!

The sequel the The Force Unleashed was announced during the Spike TV Video Game Awards last night, and I couldn't help but get a little excited.

The trailer shows the main character from the first game return cloaked in a dark robe and enter a large arena. Here he came face-to-face with a Rancor and lightning sprung from his finger tips.

Check out the trailer below to help fuel your excitement. The game is expected to arrive some time in 2010.
