Sundance 2010: THE COMPANY MEN with Affleck, Costner, Jones, and Cooper - Photos

The Company of Men is going to premiere at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival in Out-of Competition category. The film has a great cast of actors that includes Ben Affleck, Kevin Costner, Maria Bello, Tommy Lee Jones, Chris Cooper, Craig T. Nelson and Rosemarie DeWitt. The film was written and directed by first time director John Wells

The story centers on a year in the life of three men trying to survive a round of corporate downsizing at a major company - and how that affects them, their families, and their communities.

Affleck plays a successful career man, Dewitt plays his wife, Costner plays his drywall installer brother-in-law, Cooper plays a blue-collar worker who is losing his job, Nelson plays a CEO of the global conglomerate, Jones plays a senior partner in the firm,  and Bello plays the veep of human resources who is forced to fire Affleck.

Wells is mostly known for writing and produces a ton of episodes of ER and The West Wing. Both of those shows were great and I'm looking forward to seeing how he will do with his first feature film.
