2 More Actors Thrown into THE GREEN LANTERN Casting Mix
More Green Lantern casting rumors are spreading. Just when I was getting use to the idea of Bradley Cooper playing Hal Jordan a couple more names have been thrown into the hat to play the character. It was reported over at Hitfix that Cooper was at the top of the list now Latino Review is saying that another young actor is at the top of director Martin Campbell's list.
Shawn Roberts is the actors name, and I have no idea who he is. But it seems he has been in a few TV shows and movies such as 'Stir of Echo's: Homecoming', 'Jumper', 'Skinwalkers', and a upcoming film called 'Edge of Darkness' which Martin Campbell also directed. I will say this, he looks the part but can the guy act?
The other name in the mix of actors to play Hal Jordan is Brian Austin Green. Yes the same Brain Austin green from '90210' and is currently dating Megan Fox. Apparently he has done the screen test while wearing the costume and everything. I doubt he will get the part so it's between Bradley Cooper and Shawn Roberts. If Latino Reviews Intel is correct, it seems more likely that Shawn Roberts will get the part.
