Marvel Animations THE SUPERHERO SQUAD SHOW Gets a Crazy Cast of Voices
I'm not really too excited about the Marvel animated series The Superhero Squad Show, but it was made for the kiddies so that's cool. It is one way to get the young ones hooked on Marvel Superheros, planting the seeds in a future generation of geeks. I was shocked to learn the talent that has come on board to lend their voices to the characters in this animated series though. Check out the list below!
It is based on the Marvel Super Hero Squad action figure line from Hasbro, and is a humorous take on the Marvel universe. The series' animation is produced by Film Roman. The show will debut on Cartoon Network in the United States on September 19, 2009.
The series takes place all over the world, but the Marvel heroes live in Superhero City while the villains live in Villainville. The season-long plot involves pieces of the Infinity Sword being scattered across the globe, and now Doctor Doom must gather the pieces so he can rule the universe.
