Ali Larter Comes Back for RESIDENT EVIL: AFTERLIFE and story details
We've got some more Resident Evil: Afterlife casting information to share with you and I think many of you resident Evil fans are going to like it. Milla Jovovich and Boris Kodjoe are confirmed to star in the new Paul W.S. Anderson directed 3D sequel. This will be the first Resident Evil movie he will have directed since the first film.
Boris Kodjoe has revealed that two other names are now attached to the movie. Ali Larter from Heroes is set to reprise her role in the franchise. She played Claire Redfield in Resident Evil: Extinction. Also joining the cast is Prison Breaks Wentworth Miller. Both these actors will make a good addition to the cast and film.
Here are some more story details given by Kodjoe:
I play the leader of the survivors in LA. Milla Jovovich’s character, Alice, is roaming the world looking for survivors and she’s wound up in LA, which has been burning for three years. She comes across an LA jail surrounded be these half-dead, uhh…
Zombies?
Yeah, they’re those monsters, what are they called? Anyway, she comes across the jail and there’s a couple of survivors and she lands on top of the roof and partners up with me to fight the guys that are coming after them. We’re trying to get all of the survivors out of the jail to safety. We’re starting next week, actually.
I've always been a fan of the Resident Evil movies, they may not be the best films, but you can't deny that they are fun to watch. What are your thoughts on the new casting?
