Homemade STAR TREK Phaser Powerful Enough to Pop Balloons!

Just in case one day our planet is invaded by an army of alien balloons this guy will have a Star Trek phaser to fight them off.  Jay Rob has modified a classic toy replica phaser from the original Star Trek series. The phaser looks completely harmless until he starts vaporizing balloons with it. I'm sure this is definitely something you want to point at the eyes with because it might just pop them.
