I'm not really surprised that a third Night at the Museum is probably going to happen. The first two films starring Ben Stiller have grossed over $1 billion dollars world wide, as long as they keep making money they will keep making movies.
The news comes form Access Hollywood which spoke to Thomas Lennon, who co-wrote the first two films with Ben Garant, and he gave the impression that a script for the third Museum movie was being worked on. Here's what he said,
wonder if someone’s not even already working on a script for that,” he added with a raised eyebrow. “I cannot confirm that for a fact, but I cannot deny it for a fact either… It might be in the works.
Then with asmile he added a little info on where the movie will take place.
Here’s a little bit, [a] real quick spoiler alert – ‘Night at the Museum 3’ is set in the Liberace Museum.
Like I said, this is really no surprise, I actually kind of expected it to happen. I'm not really a fan of the Night at the Museum films, they are slightly fun. The Kids love em' though, which is cool because that's who the movies are made for.
What do you think about Night at the Museum 3 possibly being made?
