Promo Art from CAESAR: RISE OF THE APES

Here is the first look of some promo art for the upcoming Planet of the Apes prequel, Caesar: Rise of the Apes. This is actually a thank you card from the productions art department. I'm not sure if this image or title logo will be used on any final posters but it's still kind of cool. Now let's hope the movie actually turns out being good. 

The film has a great cast of actors that includes James Franco, John Lithgow, Freida Pinto, Brain Cox and Andy Serkis. The movie is being directed by Rupert Wyatt.

The film is Set in present day San Francisco, and it deals with the aftermath of man's experiments with genetic engineering that lead to the development of intelligence in apes and the onset of a war for supremacy. A chimp named Caesar leads the uprising among the apes after having been raised by Lithgow and Franco's father-and-son scientist characters.
