Barack Obama to Guest Star on MYTHBUSTERS

On December 8th the Discovery Channel will air an episode of Mythbusters which will include a guest appearance by President Barack Obama. He will be talking about ancient weapons of mass destruction. In the episode the President will discuss whether Greek scientists set fire to an invading Roman fleet by using mirrors to deflect sun rays. 

The episode is called "Archimedes Solar Ray," and during his segment, the president challenged Hyneman and Savage "to revisit an ancient and somewhat-controversial myth: Did Greek scientist and polymath Archimedes set fire to an invading Roman fleet using only mirrors and the reflected rays of the sun?" Obama pre-taped his appearance at the show's Washington, D.C.-based studio.

Mythbusters is always an entertaining show to watch.
