We need 8 people interested in the following deal:

 In exchange of a gap loan investment of $4000, the funder/loaner will receive:

1) Full return of gap loan amount of $4000 no earlier then May 1st, 2010 and no later then October 1st, 2011.

2) A ROI (Return of Investment) in the amount equal to 10% of gap loan investment ($400)

3) .5 % (1/2 percent) of all net back end participation points received by Tim Sullivan after deferred salary of $35,000 is recouped.

4) An ASSOCIATE PRODUCER credit in the end credits of one of several projects currently in the works from New Rebellion Entertainment.

5) An ASSOCIATE PRODUCER credit on IMDb effective upon receipt of funds.

6) Open invitation to visit the set and ticket to attend all promotional events including the premiere.
