OUTLAW May Soon Be Sentenced To Cancellation

Things are not looking too good for Outlaw on NBC starring Jimmy Smits as a Supreme Court justice who returns to the private sector as a crusading defense attorney. Production has been halted and the show has been moved to one of the worst nights on TV, Friday at 10 pm for the next few weeks.

There are a total of 5 completed episodes already filmed and waiting to be aired by NBC. The ratings continue to go down with its recent airing last week averaging only 4.7 million viewers and a 1.0 rating/4 share in the adults 18-49 demographic.

The jury is still out and the verdict is not in on Outlaw.  NBC is currently reviewing the situation and making a new game plan.  I have not seen the show because I am personally tired of procedural law shows.  I know that I may be in the minority.  I have not watched it so I can't fairly say if it is a good or bad show.  When I watched the previews it did not have the charisma that The Defenders starring Jerry O'Connell and John Belushi does.

Have you seen Outlaw?  Do you think it is guilty and deserving of cancellation?
