Mila Kunis Joins Cast Of Seth McFarlane's TED

Mila Kunis and Adam Scott are currently in negotiations to star in the new comedy Ted from director Seth MacFarlane.

Ted is about a man who, as young boy, made a Christmas wish that his Teddy Bear would come to life and be his best friend forever. Twenty-five years later, the bear is still at his side, but has now evolved into a cursing, smoking, delinquent (voiced by MacFarlane) that is preventing the man from maturing.

Mark Wahlberg is in final negotiations with Universal to star as the grown man. Kunis would star as Wahlberg’s girlfriend.  Her character has grown tired of their relationship not progressing to the next level because of him living with his best friend Ted, so she turns to the arms of her boss to be played by Scott.

Sounds like an interesting story and a good comedic role after Kunis appeared in Black Swan.  I thought Kunis was good in Extract, so I look forward to seeing more of her comedic timing.  What are your thoughts of this news?
