A BOY SCOUTS Vs. ZOMBIES Movie? Oh My!

Deadline reports that Paramount has acquired the rights to Boy Scouts Vs. Zombies.  The Black List script is penned by Carrie Evans and Emi Mochizuki who are two graduates of the Disney Writing Program who also scripted College Road Trip. The script follows the same path as Goonies and tells the story of a local boy
scout troop that must save the local girl scout troop from a zombie outbreak on an overnight camping trip.
Todd Garner's Broken Road will be producing the movie along with Oops Doughnuts partners Andy Fickman and Betsy Sullenger, and Bryan Brucks' Brucks Entertainment with Sean Robins executive producing.
So, who all is ready for a film like this? It sounds more like something we'd see on the Disney Channel, Nickelodeon or the Family Channel.
