Rumor: THE AVENGERS Might Feature The Skrull-Kree War?

 The Avengers  begins filming in Albuquerque, New Mexico in the spring, and a local newspaper has possibly revealed some blockbuster news about the storyline. 

                                      

Thanks to an Aiint It Cool News reader who picked up this copy of Albuquerque Journal on Chhristmas Eve saw the story about The Avengers and noticed this linel "The Avengers' script will blend Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America: The First Avenger story lines as the Avengers battle with two alien races, the Skrulls and the Kree.

Any comic book reader knows that the Skrulls and the Kree have played a major role in the Marvel Universe for years.   the thing about this pieces of nes is that there is no source so we'll jsut chaclk this one up as rumor control for now.

The Avengers, which hits theaters in 2012 also will be shooting in New York and Michigan. where they say most of the action takes place. So what do you think about this huge rumor?
